I booked an apartment through Tignes Direct's simple site for our family and we were due to ski at the end of March.  COVID19 stopped that, but Tignes Direct's response was truly impressive.  They emailed me offering a full refund before I had had a chance to contact them.  The money was back in my bank within the week - that would be really great service in the best of times, and all the more so now.

We had a great time thanks -  weather and snow were great and we loved the apartment ! It was a perfect size for us and the location was ideal -  fantastic views, no carrying skis, ski to your door and a stone’s throw from the bars and restaurants. Key handover with the agency was  also quick and efficient  and the parking arrangements worked well .

It was also lovely to have such a well equipped kitchen and the British TV. If we plan a trip to Tignes again we would definitely look to stay there again and will definitely recommend you to friends.

We had yet another fantastic week. The welcome in the reception was great and very helpful even though we now feel we are "at home" after our third season :)
 
The apartment is so great and fully lives up to our needs. It is very cosy with enough space to accommodate  two families and is located perfect to our needs. That is probably why this is the third time we are there :). 
 
Again all the planning and booking through you has been great and very easy and the renting of ski equipment through the link you provided just worked perfect. Got a call Saturday midday from the shop just to hear when we would arrive so they could prepare the equipment so it was ready to be picked up - great service. Thanks for another wonderful vacation!

Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment and for your help with arranging some of the logistics of our skiing holiday. We had a great time in Tignes. The apartment was perfect for our requirements and we enjoyed its position overlooking the Toviere lift and right on the ski run to the centre of Tignes making it very easy to ski in and out. The kitchen had a good range cooking equipment.

You have a wonderful place and we hope to be able to go back some time in the future.

Brilliant time in Tignes 2016 recently all helped by the following,

Accommodation, booked through Tignes Direct, great location, really good apartment and to round it all off, great communications, information and advice from Emma. *****

Transfers - Could not fault the Snow Drone transfers we booked, the iPads helped the journey time pass, water available, great drivers and again really good comms from the team. *****

Ski Hire - We used Tignes Spirit and the discount linked from Tignes Direct or Snow Drone, even though the shop was away from where we stayed, the team came out and picked us up, dropped back at shop, fitted and dropped back, could not ask for more. Any tweaks and help after that always got great feedback and the service easily overcome the slightly out of the way aspect. Again cannot fault the comms, both email and phone on the day. *****

If you are looking at Tignes then you would be hard pushed to beat the combination we used.

Everything was spot on.  We were incredibly lucky with the weather as I think it snowed all day on the Saturday we were travelling so that we got sun and snow on our first day skiing and then it just carried on snowing.  Thanks once again for helping sort it all out, including putting us in touch with the airport transfer, equipment hire and lessons which were all very good.

We had a great time thank you and will definitely be back.  New Years eve was such fun, we ended up in Bagus Cafe which was great.  Everything was good with the apartment. The skiing was great considering the lack of snow, I would love to come back when there is more as I think there is so much more for us to find.

The apartment was lovely, even better than we'd hoped for. The decor was super, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Having a proper oven was fantastic. The teenagers loved the huge TV and DVD player, and we all appreciated the very high spec walk-in shower.Free WiFI was available at the Maison de Tignes at the bottom of the road, and at the Brasero pub/restaurant, so that kept everyone happy. We loved the resort and found our way round very quickly. The apartment is very well situated for access to lifts and runs.

I just wanted to let you know that my son, father and I had a great time in Tignes.  The apartment was lovely - clean, spacious, well-equipped and the bunk beds were solid and comfy.  The location was good and my son loved the big terrace.  I would definitely use Tignes Direct if we return to Tignes again.  Having someone who I could contact and was English was very reassuring when booking a holiday myself rather than using a Tour Operator and you were very helpful.

We all had a great week thanks and loved the apartment.  We would definitely book it again.  It was spacious and very well equipped.  Our friend Mark was also happy with his apartment (Tommeuses 44).  The location by the ski school and views were stunning.  We were very, very happy with your service and the staff in the office were also brilliant.  Just excellent all round, and sadly that's so rare these days!

We had a wonderful vacation.  Again everything was perfectly planned for us and the apartment was again spot on.  The welcome at the agency was great, and keys, parking and information was very good.  The ski equipment we rented through the link on your website was great and the service was wonderful as we needed adjustments to the equipment during the week.  Again it was so perfect that we are already talking about going there again next year!

We had a great week in the apartment, it is very well equipped and spacious enough to host our friends, who we holidayed with, for dinner.  The weather was fantastic, we picnicked at the top of the Grande Motte in short sleeves and the snow was great.  We won't hesitate to recommend you to friends/use you again if returning to Tignes.

We had a great time in Tignes!  Everything was so smooth and easy.  We collected the keys, parking permit and bedding at the agency and returned everything on our last day.  Accommodation was great: the best location you can dream of, just 100m from the nearest ski lift at the top part of Val Claret.  Also we really appreciated that all 3 apartments were in the same building: kids could go from one place to another in no time at all.  Thanks a lot for all your help with our holiday,

We had 2 wonderful weeks in Tignes.  Fantastic skiing with beautiful weather, and the apartment!  The best one we have ever stayed in on all our visits to France.  It was perfect.  Well planned, so nicely decorated and unbelievably well-equipped.  Very high standard.  If we go next year in March, is it possible to rent it again?!

A group of 8 of us stayed in Chalet Marmotte in the first week of February 2014.  It is very well located (literally across the road from the lifts, main spar supermarket and close to all main bars).  As a group of mid 20 year olds it was perfect for us.  The flat has a very good interior finish and good facilities (new oven, large fridge freezer, brand new shower and bathroom suite) as well as very spacious communal areas.  Brilliant value for money.  If I were to return to Le Lac in a similar group I would definitely stay here again.  Another huge thank you to Emma from the Tignes Direct website who helped us with absolutely everything!  Thanks Emma
